Warranty

The Manufacturer warrants American Elite Homes for materials and workmanship for a period of one year of delivery.

Warranty shall not extend to ANY labor or materials not supplied by AEHI. Individual components such as Windows, doors, etc have their own Warranty and claims should be made directly with the Manufacturer. The time of their Warrantees will vary with each company and product.

The manufacturer shall not be responsible for labor necessary to replace or install such defective material. All claims for damage to the home package, improper manufacture, or shortage must be made in writing THE DAY OF DELIVERY. Any damage must be noted on the trucker’s bill of lading.

This warranty shall not apply to damage due to misuse, abuse or neglect.
